Soft Massages
Abhyanga : Traditional full body and face massage> The softness of the pure Indian tradition of Hot Oil treatment.
60 minutes - 65 euros

Abhyanga & chakras : Traditional full body massage that includes a deep relaxation of the spine helping the awakening of the chakras and the controlled release of the energetic flows known as the Nadis. This treatment is also a deeper approach and covers emotional balance and flux. It is a more intimate bnut very respectful work and can naturally include breathing excercices known as Pranayama, to further stimulate deep relaxation and start to comprehend the Kundalini energy.

Tonic / Deep-Tissue Massages
Kalari & marmas : The softness of the Abhyanga massage associated with a deep tissue approach inspired from the Kalari martial art massage. It includes pressure work on the marma or energy points as well as the meridians. It is a more intense and focuses on deep muscular release. It can be extended to include deep and intense stretching excercices to further deepen the release and increase the stretch.

Body Scrub
Udvartana :
Udvartana is a dry ayurvedic massage technique that is carried out using a special mix of spices that are appiled to the bidy to scrub waynthe ski impurities. The very tonic movements and the spice mix also has a deep effect for heating the body, roning it and helps reduce cellulite. The scrub will also rejuvenate the skin and work on its glow and softness.
This massage can be followed by a soothing oil massage.

Optional Treatments
A complete facial treatment is available as ad added treament and with a supplement. It includes on top of the massage, a cleanse, a scrub, a steam treament, a Honey and spice facepack, a moisturizing treatment with Oat milk and a refreshing wake up.
This treatment takes 30/40 minutes, its is available as an option, the cost is 40 euros.
Head Massage
The full head massage is available as an option, it is done with specific ayurvedic hair oil. The cost is 15 euros.

For people wanting to try and discover the benefits of ayurvedic massages, the following offer is available : ‘pay what you want’** It is completely up to the customer to decide the appreciation of the massage and the value of the service. This offer is available for any first massage and is not renewable.
