Experience
My experience of indian ayurvedic massage is the fruit of a certified training as a massage therapist that I followed in a traditionnal ayurvedic clinic in the north of Kerala in India. I also acquired multiple experiences whilst travelling throughout India and various states in the last 15 years.
To this, I have added my practice of Yoga and I have followed formal teacher Training In traditionnal Bihar school Hatha Yoga practice on the banks of the ganges in the holy city of Rishikesh.

Of course the study of anatomy both from the ayurvedic and yoga viewpoints, the practice of dynamic stretching techniques associated to the study and understanding of the 'energy body' enable me to offer a trully personalised service that I would descrobe as "a la carte" , that will be adapted to each folowing some basic lines in relation to the desired effects and requirements.

Personal Information
I have a dual franco-british upbringing, my primary and secondary education was followed in France and my four year university education in the united kingdom. I am fully bilingual and hold dual nationality.
My professional background was in its first stages carried out in the manufacture of cosmetics and then in the business sphere of IT product distribution, where I held middle management positions in purchasing, marketing, sales and distribution strategy on a national as well as international level.
I then moved onto an activity closer to my personnal skills and aspirations in the field of massage and therapeutic services, profesionalising the intimate convictions I hold for thé importance of touch, the balance of Ayurveda and Yoga through therapethic service offerings.
My training is an ongoing process and I continue to follow courses, seminars and workshops on a regular basis so as to continue my personal evolution and enable me to offer the best to my customers.
