Technique


My technique is traditional and fully respects the ayurvedic principles of circulation and digestion.

It also takes into account energy points (marmas), as well as meridians to ensure proper energetic balance.

A more in depth approach working on the chakras and emotional release can easily be added and keep all the coherence of ayurveda, its benefits on mind and body.

Breathing techniques based on indian Pranayama can also be included so as tom attain a deeper relaxation and start understanding and learning about the deep rooted energy called Kundalini.

A more tonic and sports orientated approach inspired by kalari martial art massge is also possible so are deep and dynamic stretching exercises used in Yoga.
